Bruce, in this case you may have lost the point about the UN, the IPCC and climate change.
There is a negligible possibility that climate change is not human-caused. It is not a big conspiracy. There are much worse ways to 'rob the poor to pay the rich'.
And how many people got sick during the spraying for the painted apple moth?
