Smile Make a new party for New Zealand!!

we should make our own New Zealand party. One that lowers tax on essential food items (whole grain bread, fruit, veges), and puts it up on non essentials (lollies, fizzy drink, white bread, icecream). Right now, it is cheaper to get unhealthy food and the government is wondering why our country is unhealthy? Poor people can't afford the healthy food they need in order to survive healthily.
We should also reduce taxing on clothes, and other essentials, and put them up for non essentials, (ornaments, etc). This would enable poorer people to survive, and own the stuff that they need. Putting the tax up on the non essentials and luxury items would ensure that the governmant till gets the money it needs to fund things (schooling, healthcare, etc) and continue running the country properly.
These two (or could be combined to make one )simple things can make our country better for its people first.
Do schools have tax? If they do that should be removed, and some limit put on the cost for uniforms and the quality of them. Buying a uniform (compulsory for most schools now) can cost over $300, and then the books and stationary and course fees also have to be paid.
I know many people who have graduated top of their classes overseas and come to New Zealand in search of a better, brighter future. A less crowded country. But no one would hire them. They have to retrain, get new degrees, work in a different field, even though many of them are smart enough for the positions they originally trained for. They would benefit our country with their expertise (and have been granted citizenship because of it) but too many people believe that their training was inferior or their language skills will hinder their work, just because they are from a different country.
We should make a test to discover whether these people from overseas have enough english to comunicate properly and whether their degree means anything in New Zealand!!!
And NO ROAD TOLLS!! Is this true? Has it already been put into motion, or still just an idea?
