Default Looking to establish resort near Queensland...
I was wondering what permits I might need for building near Queensland and who I might need to contact? What kind of laws govern building a resort in NZ?? Can anyone help me? Thanks...

Queensland? Mate that's in Australia. Queenstown is in the South Island of New Zealand, is that what you meant?

And another query why would you post this in a politics forum?
